SATURDAYS AT 7 “In Flanders Fields”

Music during the war was utilized in various ways. Be it signifying one’s culture, and bringing a little piece of their heritage with them, methods of coping due to the trauma and stress brought on by war, encouragement, or simply to tell their message to the world. In Flanders Fields will take us back to music during the Wartime Eras, as we come to the 150th anniversary of the birth of John McCrae, a Canadian soldier, surgeon and poet famous for “In Flanders Fields”.​
